如何为太空交通做“导航”？“星眼”太空感知星座计划发布

class=\"rich_media_content\"\u003e\u003cp\u003e【环球网科技报道记者郑湘琪】在星辰大海间，一颗颗卫星日益织密连接天地的网络。而随着人类航天活动愈加频繁，空间碎片也相应增加。如何加强对航天器的防护，已成为全球业界的重要关注点。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e对此，中国科学院院士、空天信息创新研究院学术院长吴一戎表示，“发展太空感知能力，保障在轨资产安全，高效利用轨道资源，不仅是维护我国太空利益的核心需求，更是践行航天强国战略、参与未来太空治理的关键一环。建设高精度、高可靠性的太空感知基础设施，其紧迫性和战略价值不言而喻。”\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e为进一步构筑太空安全防线，近日，中科星图测控技术股份有限公司（以下简称“星图测控”）正式发布“星眼”太空感知星座计划。此次规划的“星眼”太空感知星座由156颗卫星组成，旨在构建一个覆盖全球、响应迅速的近地轨道监测网络。其在为航天活动提供安全保障的同时，还有望开创太空管理服务的新模式。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c!--IMG_0--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003c!--AIPOS_0--\u003e为卫星提供“交通指引”\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e空间碎片，是指所有在轨运行但已失效、失控或不再具有功能的人造物体及其碎片，主要来源于失效卫星、火箭残骸、爆炸碰撞碎片以及人为试验产生的碎片等。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e当前，空间碎片呈快速增长的趋势。数据显示，截至2024年，地球轨道上可被持续追踪的较大空间碎片已超过4.4万个；尺寸在1厘米以上、对航天器构成潜在威胁的空间碎片数量估计超过100万个。这些碎片普遍以接近第一宇宙速度（约7.9公里/秒）运行，动能巨大，碰撞航天器轻则损伤表面，重则导致系统失效甚至爆炸。\u003c!--AI_AD_1000--\u003e\u003c!--MID_AD_0--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_0--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_0--\u003e\u003cp\u003e据中科星图测控技术股份有限公司董事长胡煜介绍，太空感知卫星作为对太空观测的卫星，主要通过识别在轨目标，对其进行编目计算分析，发现潜在可能发生的卫星与卫星、卫星与太空碎片之类的碰撞风险，从而向卫星运营方发出碰撞预警，制定应对躲避策略，保护我国的在轨航天器安全。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e以“星眼”太空感知星座为例，胡煜表示，“该星座将搭载宽视场相机、红外相机、成像相机、电磁监视、多光谱相机、算力单元、智能处理软件等载荷，并深度融合AI预警与自动化避碰技术。”\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e值得一提的是，基于星图测控自主研发的“洞察者”空间信息分析基础平台和太空管理服务平台——太空云，“星眼”太空感知星座将对在轨的卫星进行跟踪、定轨和编目，监测空间碎片，分析卫星轨道数据，预测碰撞风险，为卫星提供精准、高效的太空交通管理数据服务支持，从而有效应对太空交通拥堵与碎片风险。\u003c!--MID_AD_1--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_1--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_1--\u003e\u003cp\u003e胡煜透露，“星眼”太空感知星座初步计划于明年上半年完成试验星发射，并逐步形成覆盖不同轨道域的服务能力。其中星座一期拟建设由12颗卫星组成的高性能感知骨干星座，具备完全独立对低轨空间目标进行观测及编目的能力，兼顾高轨重点区域按需观测，突出提升短弧快速定轨和异动识别能力。\u003c!--AI_AD_1001--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e此外，星座二期拟建设由144颗卫星组成的低成本感知增强星座，具备完全独立对低轨空间目标进行观测及编目的能力，通过载荷+卫星平台一体化设计降低成本，采用大规模部署方式提升低轨空域观测的时效性，重点解决机动变轨目标、刚入轨目标的快速编目定轨。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003c!--AIPOS_1--\u003e加码构筑商业航天生态\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e近年来，我国商业航天产业发展按下“快进键”。为进一步支持鼓励和规范引导商业航天高质量安全发展，国家航天局近日印发《国家航天局推进商业航天高质量安全发展行动计划（2025—2027年）》（以下简称《行动计划》）。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e在业内人士看来，《行动计划》关注到了太空感知的实际需求和潜在机遇。《行动计划》提出，充分利用国有和商业监测设施、天基管控系统，建设和维护空间碎片自主编目动态数据库，开展空间碎片数据信息共享应用、空间碎片跟踪监测和风险研判，支撑商业航天器在轨碰撞预警处置、突发事件应急响应。探索采取保证金、保函等方式，统筹安排商业卫星离轨处置和安全再入等工作。\u003c!--MID_AD_2--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_2--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_2--\u003e\u003cp\u003e随着顶层设计的完善，太空感知卫星领域的发展也有望打开更广阔的想象空间。谈及“星眼”太空感知星座的应用前景，\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_0--\u003e吴一戎\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_0--\u003e表示，其商业化路径包括太空交通管理服务、空间碎片监测与预警、航天器全生命周期安全护航以及创新数据服务与生态构建。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e比如在航天器全生命周期安全护航方面，其可为商业卫星运营商、科研机构等多方提供从发射入轨、在轨运行到寿命末期处置的全流程数据服务和支持，构建卫星健康管理体系，显著提升在轨任务的可靠性和成功率。除了面向卫星所有方提供服务，其还将探索面向保险公司、科研机构等第三方提供数据服务。\u003c!--MID_AD_3--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_3--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_3--\u003e\u003cp\u003e在胡煜看来，太空感知星座正成为商业航天时代的关键基础设施，其核心商业价值在于构建“监测-预警-服务”的完整生态链。随着全球低轨星座规模突破万颗级，“星眼”太空感知星座将通过AI驱动的太空态势感知能力，为卫星运营商提供快速碰撞预警和轨道确定、轨控支持服务，显著降低星座运营风险。\u003c!--MID_AD_4--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_4--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_4--\u003e\u003cp\u003e展望未来，胡煜表示，星图测控将围绕提升太空管理服务能力，持续加大研发投入，提升太空态势感知核心能力，与行业伙伴共建共享，推进天地一体化测控感知网络建设，助力构建一个更加安全、有序的太空环境，为加快建设航天强国贡献力量。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cstyle\u003e.rich_media_content{--news-tabel-th-night-color:
